We receive hundreds of applications every year and only a select few are chosen to work for our clients. Our rigorous selection process focuses not only on each caregiver’s past experience but whether or not they are a compatible personality match for our company.
Matching the right caregiver to the right client is one of the most important aspects of home care. Our caregiver’s come from a wide range of life experiences, each has their strengths and we try to match the right caregiver with the right client. We understand everyone is an individual with individual needs. We do our best to make sure each of our client’s needs is matched with the appropriate caregiver for the situation.
