How do you select your caregivers?
HomeAide Home Care, Inc. takes the time to carefully interview each perspective caregiver making sure we feel comfortable with their abilities.  We do an extensive check into each caregiver’s past work history to verify their skills and make sure they are a good match for our team.

Are your caregivers bonded, insured and covered by Workers’ Compensation?
Yes, yes and yes.  We are a full service agency that handles all aspects of insurance so you don’t have to.

Do you do background checks on prospective employees?
Yes, each applicant must submit to a felony background check before they can be hired.

Are you willing to give us a copy of your insurance binder?
We would be more than happy to provide you with a copy of our insurance binder.

Do you deduct state, federal and local taxes from the caregivers’ checks?
Yes, we handle all aspects of payroll.

Is there a “Contract for Services” and if so, what is the cancellation policy?
In order to use our services we do require a contract.  You can cancel at any time for any reason with at least a four hour notice.

What is the minimum number of hours your service can provide?
We have no minimum hourly requirements, use us as little or as long as you like.

Do you charge extra for night and weekend care?
No, but we do charge more for some holidays and any time over 9 hours.

Will there be supervision of the caregivers by an administrative staff member?
Yes.  HomeAide Home Care, Inc. provides ongoing supervisory visits to all clients.

How are calls after business hours and on weekends handled?
We offer 24/7 phone support 365 days a year.  All messages will be answered in order of priority.

What kind of assessment for care can we expect from your agency?  Is there a fee?
We provide an assessment for each client we provide service to.  We do this to find out the particular needs for each client so we are able to serve you better.  The assessment is free of charge with no obligation.

How often are patient care needs reassessed?
Patient’s needs are reassessed every three months or as needed.

Is this a franchise or privately owned company?
HomeAide Home Care, Inc. is privately owned and operated.

How long has the company been in business?
We have been open since 2000.

Do you supply references from previous clients?
We would be happy to. Just ask, or see reviews on Google Places or Yelp!

Home Care
